All prices are in Canadian dollars. For U.S. exchange, Current bank rate of Exchange will be used. Approximately (.85c) & converted at time of check-out.

GST of 6% applies to all orders being shipped within Canada.

We use UPS for all shipping within Canada. Please allow 7-10 business days for all in-stock orders. In the event that an item is out of stock we will notify you via email address provide with an estimated time of delivery. Customers are responsible to cover any additional shipping fees customs & duty charges that may apply for out of Country orders.

All orders are currently shipped from Brampton, Ontario, Canada

We will Exchange-Refund within 7 days. Exchanges and Refunds MUST be authorized from Babies Natural, prior to shipping product back. Items must be in saleable condition and have original packaging. Packing slip enclosed in parcel must accompany all returns or exchanges.

Shipping cost and any additional Customs & Duty fees are no-refundable.
