      Where are Babies Natural products made?
      Babies Natural Goo-cchi Goo products are proudly made in Canada, at
our home based production facility currently in Ontario.

      How did Babies Natural begin?
      Triple Group Canada began in 1990.  Babies Natural & Goo-cchi Goo
joined the Triple Group Canada organization in 2007 by Carla De Roy when, as
a new mom, she wanted to start a business out of her home to spend more time
with her four daughters.

      How often do new Goo-cchi Goo Carseat covers designs come out?
      Generally we introduce new designs once a year, in spring.  We gladly
will do a custom car seat cover for a client (additional fees will be
involved).  Please email us for additional information.

      Can I make a recommendation for a future design or new product's?

      Are Babies Natural our Goo-cchi Goo Covers made of genuine leather?
      Yes. Babies Natural uses only genuine leather that is soft, warm, and
comfortable against to protect your child in cold weather conditions. The
Peek-A-Boo Window has a magnetic clasp that opens and closes quickly to
prevent rain, snow, sleet and wind from disturbing your infant when entering
out door weather conditions.

      Is the leather used in Babies Natural - Goo-cchi Goo products safe for
my child?
      At Babies Natural, we care most about protecting children. That is why
we ensure the leather used to make Babies Natural products conforms to the
most stringent and applicable guidelines worldwide.

      Are Babies Natural - Goo-cchi-Goo Car seat covers machine-washable?
      For regular upkeep and extended wear, hand wash with mild detergent or
spot clean using mild detergent and a damp cloth.

      Shipping & Return Policy

      >All prices are in Canadian dollars. For U.S. exchange, Current bank
rate of exchange will be used. Approximately (.85c) & converted at time of
check-out.

      > gst of 6% applies to all orders being shipped within Canada.

      > We use UPS for shipping within Canada.  Please Allow 7-10 business
days for all in-stock orders.  In the event that an item is out of stock we
will notify you via email address provide with an estimated time of
delivery. Customers are responsible to cover any additional shipping fees
customs & duty charges that may apply for out of Country orders.

      >All orders are currently shipped from Brampton, Ontario, Canada

      > We will Exchange-Refund within 7 days.  Exchanges and Refunds MUST
be authorized from Babies Natural, prior to shipping product back.  Items
must be in saleable condition and have original packaging.  Packing slip
enclosed in parcel must accompany all returns or exchanges.

      > Shipping cost and any additional Customs & Duty fees are
no-refundable.
